1. Eligibility
Refunds are available to new customers only. Refund eligibility may apply to both first-time orders and renewals, provided all requirements are met. The refund request must be submitted within the applicable refund period, your account must be in good standing, and there must be no violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Refund Period
Refund periods differ based on the billing term selected for eligible hosting services. The countdown begins on the service activation date shown in your Acceptance Confirmation.
- Monthly term: refund requests must be submitted within 3 days.
- Six-month term: refund requests must be submitted within 10 days.
- Annual term (12 months): refund requests must be submitted within 30 days.
3. What Is Refundable
The following hosting services are eligible for a refund within the applicable refund period: Shared Hosting, Shared WordPress Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Cloud Hosting. We do not charge setup fees, so no setup fees apply.
4. What Is Not Refundable
The following items and situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers (domain fees are charged by third-party registries and are non-refundable).
- Add-ons and extra services, including but not limited to SSL certificates, email add-ons, backups, licenses, and any third-party services.
- Accounts involved in abuse, spam, phishing, malware distribution, illegal activity, or any other violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Excessive or abusive resource usage that negatively impacts server performance or other customers.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, misuse of services, or policy violations.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit a request using one of the methods below within the applicable refund period:

Include your account email and invoice number (or order ID) to help us process your request faster.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
